findmaker (“we”) takes your personal data seriously and complies with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. Data we collect

• When you sign in: your email, name, and profile picture from your Google account.
• When you submit a product / report: the product details you enter (name, link, description) and a contact email.
• While you use the site: visit data (pages viewed, device) and IP address — used for security, spam prevention, and usage statistics.

2. Product data in the directory

findmaker is a directory. We may compile product data that is already published publicly (name, link, and the description shown on that site) to build our listings. If you own a product and do not want it shown, you can have it removed via the “Report” button on the product page, or contact [email protected] (right to object to processing).

3. Purposes

Identity verification · managing listings and claims · contacting you about your account · spam prevention / security · analytics to improve the service.

4. Disclosure / data transfer

Our database is hosted on our own server. We use third-party providers only as needed:

• Google — sign-in (OAuth) and usage statistics (Google Analytics).
• Cloudflare — CDN network and front-end security.

These providers may process data abroad (cross-border) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention period

Kept while your account is active · deleted on request · or within 12 months after the account becomes inactive.

6. Your rights (under PDPA)

7. Cookies

We load cookies for usage analytics (Google Analytics) only when you consent via the cookie notice. You can change your mind or manage them through your browser settings at any time.
